I’m a psychotherapist providing depth-oriented, relational therapy in Ithaca, New York.

I received my MSW from the University at Buffalo in 2011 after studying political science and gender studies at Hunter College. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade working in reproductive healthcare. I continue to shape my approach through ongoing study, my own non-linear path, and my roles as a mother, partner, and daughter.
