I enjoy working with people who have experienced:

Developmental and Attachment Trauma

People who have survived early and repeated experiences which overwhelmed their abilities to cope, or those whose needs for physical and emotional safety went unmet.

Psychosis:

People with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and other psychotic experiences when there is some stability and motivation to engage in reflective work.

Substance Use and Recovery

People who are questioning or struggling with their relationship with substances; those who are building lives they no longer need to escape from.

Repeated Patterns in Relationship

Those who, despite strong efforts to chart a new course, find themselves locked in familiar and unhelpful patterns.

Intergenerational Trauma

Those who carry the weight of many generations and are curious about having a new relationship with their familial or cultural legacy.

Experienced Therapy-Goers

Many of my clients have been in therapy before and are looking for something that goes deeper this time.

My Approach

I offer relational psychodynamic therapy interwoven with experiential, parts work, and somatic approaches, with a focus on meaningful and lasting change.

I approach people with curiosity and care, and seek to build a relationship that is strong and safe enough to support gentle challenging when needed.

The “here and now” plays an important role in our work, along with careful attention to the dynamics at play (impacted by what we both bring into the room) in the therapy relationship itself.

For Providers:

I enjoy collaborative care and welcome referrals for clients who need more than brief or structured treatment. Please reach out if you would like to discuss the appropriateness of a referral.
