I am in network with Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield and in the process of becoming in-network with Aetna. If you have a different insurance plan, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Many plans cover a portion of out-of-network mental health services, so it's worth calling your insurance to ask.

A credit card is kept on file and payment is due at the time of service. Self-pay clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate prior to beginning treatment.

I see clients in-person in Ithaca. Telehealth is available on a limited basis.
